A Navy veteran and his wife founded KeyWest Shrimp Company with a deep love for the Gulf Coast of Florida. Using commercial fishing day boats and a crab boat, they catch, sell, cook, and ship the freshest seafood in the region. The family dynamic, with sons Logan as the retail manager and Bryce as the fishing Captain, mirrors our values at LoCarb Store – a dedication to quality, freshness, and a genuine passion for promoting healthier living.

After returning from the Navy, the owners decided to move back to the Gulf coast of Florida, where their love for fishing turned into a commercial fishing business. This journey led to the creation of KeyWest Seafood Company, utilizing commercial fishing day boats and a crab boat to catch, sell, cook, and ship the freshest seafood in Florida. The family dynamic at the heart of this enterprise, with sons Logan as the retail manager and Bryce as the fishing Captain, reflects our dedication to quality and a genuine passion for what we do.
